  • This fee is charged regardless of the size, weight, or number of items.

Example: If you order bandages and gloves the total shipping charge is $6.50.

Food Items
(e.g., Boost, Ensure)

  • Shipping is charged at $7.00 per case.

  • If your order contains only food items, the standard $6.50 shipping fee does not apply.

Example: For 3 cases of nutritional drinks, the shipping fee is 3 x $6.50 = $19.50.

Incontinence
Products

  • Shipping is charged at $7.00 per case.

  • If your order contains only incontinence products, the standard $6.50 shipping fee does not apply.

Example: 2 cases of adult briefs results in a shipping fee of 2 x $6.50 = $13.00.

Lightweight DME
(E.G., Canes, Crutches)

  • A flat shipping fee of $9.25 per order applies to this category, regardless of the number of items.

  • If your order contains only these DME items, the standard $6.50 fee does not apply.

Example: Ordering one cane and one walker incurs a flat $9.25 shipping charge.

Wheelchairs

  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $49.95 per order, regardless of quantity.

  •  If your order contains only wheelchairs, the standard $6.50 shipping fee does not apply.

Example: Ordering one or more wheelchairs results in a $49.95 shipping charge.

Special Order
Items

  • Items marked as “Special Order” require a custom freight quote.

  • These items are excluded from the standard shipping rates above.
